Q. Tell us a little about yourself.
I’m a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual fascinated by the intricacies of finance and the role it plays in the success of any organization. I grew up in Botetourt County and attended Radford University before transferring to Liberty where I completed my undergraduate degree in accounting. When I need to recharge, you can often find me by the lake, enjoying the peace and quiet. I’m also an avid gamer and enjoy exploring new restaurants in my free time.
Q. Any favorite Lexington/regional spots/activities (or something you are excited about)?
Smith Mountain Lake. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of freedom and serenity I get from being out on the lake, exploring hidden coves and watching the sunset over the water.
Q. How do you unwind or have fun? Any hobbies or hidden talents?
I’m an avid gamer who loves immersing myself in virtual worlds and conquering new challenges. I’m always up for exploring new culinary horizons and discovering hidden gem restaurants or hitting the open road in search of adventure.
Lauren Jensen ’02, Reunion Giving Officer – University Advancement

This is my second time starting a new role at W&L and I am thrilled to be back on campus! My husband, John, and I have lived in Lexington for 13 years with our teenaged children, Jack and Grace. I am also a proud W&L alum (class of 2002).
Q. Any favorite Lexington/regional spots/activities (or something you are excited about)?
I love to walk on the Woods Creek or Chessie Trails. My husband and I love to grab a beer at Great Valley Brewery and soak in the mountain views. We also enjoy pizza nights at Heliotrope!
