Q. Tell us a little about yourself.
I’m originally from the beautiful country of Colombia. I first came to the U.S. in 2014 as an au pair with the goal of learning English and experiencing a new culture. After that year, I returned to Colombia, but following several visits back to the U.S., I had the opportunity to move here long term in 2020 to pursue an MBA in nonprofit leadership and management at Liberty University. I’ve lived in Lexington for three years with my now husband, who works in the athletics communications office here at W&L. I’m truly happy to be part of the Washington and Lee community and excited to continue growing my professional career here.

Q. How do you unwind or have fun? Any hobbies or hidden talents?
I unwind by getting fresh air, diving into a good book, discovering new spots around the area and spending quality time with friends and family. I also love traveling, and of course, as a proud Latina, music and dancing are in my soul!

Q. Anything in particular you are looking forward to at W&L?
I’m looking forward to helping law students navigate the steps toward securing summer internships and post-graduation opportunities. More broadly, I’m excited to connect with the W&L community and build meaningful relationships across campus.
