Q. How long have you worked at W&L?
I’ve been working at W&L for 1.5 years.
Q. What do you like most about working at W&L?
My co-workers. I have met so many talented and professional individuals.
Q. Where is your favorite location on the W&L campus?
Anywhere that the Generals are competing.
Q. Where did you grow up?
Westerly, Rhode Island and right here in Lexington.
Q. What advice do you have for students?
Make the most out of every moment. Your four years will pass by in the blink of an eye.
Q. What is the most adventurous thing that you have ever done?
I drove to Dolphin Island, Alabama with a friend on a Friday after work just to see the Gulf Coast.
Q. What’s your favorite thing to do when you’re not working?
I enjoy spending time with my family.
Q. If you could live anywhere, where would you build your dream home?
I built my dream home 10 years ago right here in Rockbridge County.
Q. Who most inspires you?
My wife. I have never met a person so dedicated, organized and thorough.
Q. What book are you reading now?
“The Pariah” by Anthony Ryan.
Q. What music are you listening to these days?
Hard rock, heavy metal and classic rock.
Q. What is your favorite film (movie) of all time?
I would say “Braveheart” or “Lord of the Rings.”
Q. What is the website you visit most often and why?
25 Live – I use it a lot for work.
Q. If they made a movie about your life, who would play you?
Well, if I get to pick, let’s make it Luke Hemsworth.
Q. Which historical figure do you most identify with and why?
Abraham Lincoln for his beliefs on freedom, equality and liberty.
Q. If you could have coffee with one person, who would it be and why?
My Mom – just to see her smile one more time.
Q. What is your desert island food?
Spaghetti.
Q. Tell us something most people don’t know about you.
I love to read fantasy novels and it all started with Tolkien. I have read hundreds of books because I read “The Hobbitt” and “Lord of the Rings.”
Q. What is your secret talent?
Being able to listen and comprehend.
