Q. How long have you worked at W&L?
I just had my one-year anniversary in January!!!

Q. What do you like most about working at W&L?
The environment and energy is intoxicating, you cannot meet a stranger on this campus.

Q. Where is your favorite location on the W&L campus?
I love Evans Hall! It was my home base when I started. I feel in the future the natatorium will be my new favorite!

Q. Where did you grow up?
My parents were Navy, so in my younger years we traveled a lot before eventually settling in North Carolina.

Q. What advice do you have for students?
“The difference between a weed and a flower is perspective.”  I believe it’s all about the mindset. Your mindset is your strongest tool.

Q. What is the most adventurous thing that you have ever done?
I raised three boys!

Q. What’s your favorite thing to do when you’re not working?
I love anything outdoors, and if it involves water I’m there. I love to chase waterfalls. You will always find me chasing the moon and staring off into the stars with my Aussie Moon by my side, or I’m singing and dancing to my best life!

Q. If you could live anywhere, where would you build your dream home?
Bali.

Q. What book are you reading now?
Right now, I am waiting for the next book to find me. That’s usually how I find my books. One of my most favorite books is “The Secret.”

Q. What music are you listening to these days?
Music is my soul, there isn’t a song I can’t find beauty in, but it just depends on my mood!

Q. What is your favorite film (movie) of all time?
Dirty Dancing

Q. Which historical figure do you most identify with and why?
Marylin Monroe because I’m selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I’m out of control, and at times hard to handle. But if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.

Q. If you could have coffee with one person, who would it be and why?
My Grandmother, because I never got to have a cup of coffee with her.

Q. What is your desert island food?
Tacos. The answer will always be tacos!

Q. Tell us something most people don’t know about you.
I can hold a tune!
