The Blue & White finished second at the 2025 ODAC championship and received an at-large berth to the NCAA Division III championship, which will be held May 20-23 at the Midvale Country Club and Cobblestone Creek Golf Club in Rochester, New York. The now second-ranked Generals will be one of 43 teams competing for the team championship.

Gyscek is in his 10th season as a member of the W&L faculty, serving as the men’s golf coach for that entire time and leading the women’s golf team for seven years (2012-2019). He guided the W&L men’s team to a runner-up finish at the 2018 NCAA Division III Championship, with Brian Peccie ’20 claiming the individual national championship that season. He also led the women’s program to three ODAC titles and a tie for 11th place at the 2019 NCAA Division III championship.
