W&L ITS and Mail Services Announce Office Location Changes Both offices have relocated to their new permanent address in downtown Lexington.
Washington and Lee University has announced that its Information Technology Services (ITS) and Campus Mail Services have moved their offices to downtown Lexington effective Jan. 3.
Both operations are now located at 115 West Nelson Street, near the Lexington Mercantile. ITS transitions from Davis Hall, while campus mail services has migrated from the Early-Fielding building. Please note that copy services will remain in Early-Fielding.
ITS is currently accessible to W&L faculty and staff from West Nelson Street via the swipe card system between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The building includes a 14-person conference room that will be available in 25Live soon.
Students will have access to campus mail services and ITS via the pedestrian staircase off Lee Avenue near Casa Hispanica – please look for the signs!
Contact information and office hours remain the same. Additionally, please note that the address for all university mail has not changed! Please continue to use 204 W. Washington St. as the address for all university mail.
