W&L Presents MLK Remembrance Concert The Jan. 26 performance will include selected readings and musical reflections.

Washington and Lee University presents the MLK Remembrance Concert on Sunday, Jan. 26 at 7 p.m. in Wilson Concert Hall in the Lenfest Center for the Arts.

The performance is free and open to the public. The event will also be streamed online at https://go.wlu.edu/livestream.

The concert honors the life and legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The performance will feature readings of speeches and poems by King, Maya Angelou and others, interspersed with musical reflections performed by W&L’s University Singers, Glee Club and Cantatrici.
