W&L Provost’s Office Presents Faculty Panel on Israel-Hamas War The Oct. 18 event is open to W&L students, faculty and staff.
The Office of the Provost at Washington and Lee University invites students, faculty and staff to attend a conversation on the Israel-Hamas war on Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 5 p.m. in Stackhouse Theater.
The conversation will be led by a panel of W&L faculty and moderated by Bob Strong, William Lyne Wilson Professor of Political Economy. Panelists include Seth Cantey, associate professor of politics and director of the Middle East and South Asia Studies program; Emily Filler, assistant professor of religion; and Mohamed Kamara, professor and head of the Department of Romance Languages.
