W&L’s University Wind Ensemble Presents ‘Sounds of Spring’ The performance will take place April 7 at 8 p.m. in the Lenfest Center’s Wilson Concert Hall.

Join W&L’s University Wind Ensemble for their Winter Term concert, “Sounds of Spring” on April 7 at 8 p.m. in Wilson Concert Hall in the Lenfest Center for the Arts.

The performance is free and open to the public and no tickets are required. The event will also be streamed online at https://go.wlu.edu/livestream.

In their performance, the University Wind Ensemble will welcome this spring season by performing music of rebirth and renewal. The concert will feature pieces written about springtime activities including songs about mountain climbing, spring storms and Jack Stamp’s tribute to baseball, “Pastime.”
