Campus Electric Vehicle Charging FAQ

Are there EV Charging stations on campus?
Yes! There are two Level 2 Chargers on the top deck of the University Parking Garage. When entering from the Warner Drive ramp, they are just to the left. There is also a Level 1 Charger in the Corral Parking Lot, just below the Hillel House.

How can I connect to the chargers?
Instructions for the Level 2 Chargers in the University Parking Garage are posted directly on the charging ports. You will be directed to download the EV+ app and follow the directions from there. If you are a W&L parking permit holder, you must also register with Public Safety in order to access lower rates. To register, email Public Safety Technology Manager Laura Campbell at lcampbell@wlu.edu. Put “EV Charging” in the subject line and include your name, email address and, if applicable, class year, in the body of the email. Once you receive and accept the follow-up email you’ll be ready to go. To use the Level 1 charger, simply plug in!

How much does it cost to charge on campus?
