Q. How long have you worked at W&L?
I just hit nine years of employment at W&L on Sept. 18.

Q. What is the favorite aspect of your job at W&L?
Getting to know a lot of the students, especially the ones that work in Café 77.

Q. If you chose a different path, what other career would you have?
Actually, I went to nursing school before moving into the corporate restaurant business.

Q. Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Houston Texas.

Q. What was your favorite subject in school?
Science.

Q. What three words describe you best?
Outgoing, loud and honest.

Q. Name one person from history you would like to spend a day with and why.
Aryton Senna, the famous formula one driver who passed in the early 90s due to an accident. I enjoy the sport as it is now, but I would enjoy hearing about how much different it was back then.

Q. What is your biggest pet peeve?
Being unorganized.

Q. What do you like to do away from work?
I spend time with my husband and two kids. I also enjoy visiting family in Texas.

Q. What is your least favorite chore at home?
Cooking.

Q. What is your favorite family holiday tradition?
Making Christmas treats with my kids.

Q. What is the most adventurous thing that you have ever done?
Nothing specific, just traveling alone.

Q. What do you pretend to hate but secretly love?
Reality television.

Q. What is your all-time favorite food or food dish?
Texas BBQ!

Q. Where would you choose to build your dream home?
I would build in the English countryside.

Q. What is your all-time favorite book?
“Pride and Prejudice” by Jane Austen.

Q. If you could choose one series to binge-watch, what would it be?
“Game of Thrones ”or the new “Harry Potter” series that comes out this year.

Q. What is your all-time favorite movie?
“Practical Magic.”
