Washington and Lee To Hold 2022 Election Results Discussion The panel will discuss "What Happened Last Night?” on Nov. 9 at 6 p.m. in Newcomb Hall.

Washington and Lee University will present a post-election panel titled “What Happened Last Night?” on Nov. 9 at 6 p.m. in Newcomb Hall Room 122. The event is open to the campus community and refreshments will be provided.

Robert Strong, William Lyne Wilson Professor of Political Economy; Molly Michelmore, professor of history; and Shae Reinberg ’25 (environmental studies and politics) will share their preliminary analysis of the 2022 election results. W&L’s Marcos Perez, assistant professor of sociology, and Zoila Ponce de Leon, assistant professor of politics, will moderate the discussion.

After the three panelists from different disciplines share their general views of the election results, the audience will be invited to ask questions.
