W&L Welcomes New Trustees Jason W. Aiken ’94 and Courtney Camp Enloe ’97L Aiken and Enloe were sworn in as trustees on May 9.

Jason W. Aiken ’94 and Courtney Camp Enloe ’97L joined the Washington and Lee University Board of Trustees on May 9, at the board’s spring meeting in Lexington.

Jason W. Aiken ’94 graduated from W&L cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting. He received a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, in 2009. Aiken is executive vice president of Technologies for General Dynamics Corporation.

Aiken first joined General Dynamics in June 2002 as director of consolidation accounting. He served as vice president and controller, and then staff vice president of accounting. Aiken moved to Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation to serve as chief financial officer and senior vice president from 2011 to 2014. He returned to General Dynamics in 2014 as senior vice president and chief financial officer, and retained the duties of chief financial officer between January 2023 and February 2024 after being named executive vice president for Technologies.

Prior to joining General Dynamics in 2002, Aiken was an audit manager for eight years with Arthur Andersen LLP in Washington, D.C., providing audit and consulting services for a variety of defense contractors.

As a student, Aiken was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity and the wrestling team. As an alumnus, Aiken has supported the university in a variety of volunteer roles, including as a Williams School Advisory Board member and as a speaker and panelist for the Office of Career and Professional Development. He also volunteers as a trustee of Semper Fi & America’s Fund and The Eisenhower Fellowships.

Aiken and his wife, Rachelle, live in Fairfax, Virginia, and have two children.

Courtney Camp Enloe ’97L received her J.D. from W&L’s School of Law and earned a B.A. with honors in English and political science from Samford University (magna cum laude). As executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, Enloe currently leads the global legal function and serves as a member of the executive leadership team for Bio-Rad, a publicly traded life science and clinical diagnostics company based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Enloe’s distinguished legal career has featured various leadership roles in corporate counsel and private practice. Before joining Bio-Rad in early 2024, Enloe directed a number of corporate functions as senior vice president and deputy general counsel at 3M. Prior to joining 3M in late 2017, Enloe served as chief counsel – U.S. Pharma and chief litigation counsel for McKesson Corporation, a $300B global healthcare company. Before her tenure at McKesson, Enloe served as senior litigation counsel at Georgia-Pacific, a multi-national consumer products and manufacturing company, and as senior litigation counsel and lead employment lawyer at EarthLink, a technology company.

Before moving to in-house counsel, Enloe worked in private practice as a litigator at Holland & Knight LLP and Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta. She began her legal career as a law clerk to Judge James E. Massey, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

As a law student at W&L, Enloe was named best oralist in the Moot Court Competition and was chair of the Moot Court Board. She was also tapped into the university’s Alpha Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honor society. As an alumna, she has served the university as a chapter volunteer, a reunion class committee member and chair, and a member of the Law Council.

She and her husband, Chris (W&L ’93L), have two sons and live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
