The program offers staff a 30-day leave, with full pay, to advance some aspect of their career and work at the university.

The associate director of gift planning graduated from the American College of Financial Services on Dec. 9.

The university also honored 14 individuals who have been employed for 30 years or more.

The retirees of 2022 represent a combined 441 years of service to Washington and Lee University.
